Begin building a foundation of spinal strength and stability with our Pilates classes. We have classes for all levels with minimal equipment/no equipment making pilates classes at home easy to join in.
Yoga
We have a range of yoga class styles including Restorative yoga, Flow classes and Yin Yoga for all levels from a range of professionals to help you de-stress, connect with your body and work on your flexibility.
Stretch & Mobility
Our stretch and Mobility classes are run by our Osteopaths helping you maintain flexibility and mobility throughout your week. Classes include foam roller exercises, self massage techniques and a range of fascial fitness exercises.
Strength
We have introductory and intermediate 30 minute strength classes with minimal equipment to help you get your heart rate up and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
